Returns Eligibility
At Thermotec, we are committed to providing high-quality thermal and acoustic insulation products. We accept returns for defective products only under the following conditions:
- The product was delivered in a defective or damaged state.
- The issue arises due to a manufacturing fault.
Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product at customerservice@thermotec.com.au or call us at 1300 727 083.
- Include the order number
- Details of the defect
- Photographic evidence
Return Approval: Once verified, we will approve the return and provide you with instructions for sending the product back.
Product Return: Products must be returned in their original packaging. Thermotec will cover return shipping costs for defective products.
Exchange of Products
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost.
- If the replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be provided to the original payment method.
Important Notes
- Returns are accepted only for defective products; change-of-mind returns are not eligible.
- All returned items must be in the same condition as received.
